Fasting with just juices may be too extreme and too stressful for some people. Over time, you may choose to work up to that for a deeper cleanse which will give the body a full rest for at least one day or longer. The time and depth of a cleanse can vary but ultimately it aims to create a condition where the body’s systems flush out impurities and re-establish proper function.
