
About Lupa Progressive's resident Healthy Cooking Guru, Lupa Irie, is a graduate of Virginia Intermont College for Women and the University of Georgia and will have completed her masters in naturopathic medicine from Clayton College of Medicine in January 2010. From 1990 to 2001, she and her husband, Ilan, along with their five children, lived in rural Jamaica where they built a healing center for fasting and cleansing. During their time in Jamaica, Lupa also taught recycled art and was instrumental in helping a small prep school receive their first computer as winner of a recycled art contest.
