The adrenal glands are responsible for producing hormones that regulate your body’s response to stress. They also help regulate your blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and immune system.

Some ways to keep your adrenal glands healthy include getting enough sleep, reducing stress, eating a healthy diet, and exercising regularly.

Some common adrenal gland disorders include Addison’s disease, Cushing’s syndrome, and congenital adrenal hyperplasia.

Some ways to reduce stress include practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga, getting regular exercise, spending time with friends and family, and doing things you enjoy.

The adrenal glands produce hormones that help regulate your body’s response to stress. These hormones include cortisol, adrenaline, and norepinephrine.
