Progressive Medical Center is out of network for all insurance providers. However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt of your visit, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We recommend that you submit the receipt directly to your insurance company, either through their online portal or by mail. They will guide you through the process of claiming any eligible reimbursement. We include all the necessary information in the receipt to help you advocate for yourself with your insurance company. Please note that reimbursement policies vary, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider for their specific guidelines.

The cost for your first visit is $250, which includes your consultation with the provider, a Body Composition Analysis (BIA), and a Styku 3d Body Scan. These assessments help the provider in beginning your personalized care plan.

We offer special affordable bundles. You will have the opportunity to speak with one of our Financial Advisors to learn about all of our financing options- we want you to experience optimal healthcare.
