Sugar May Not Be So Sweet

This Year’s Villain

We love it, it’s delicious, and it has us wrapped around its metaphorical little finger! Sugar may not be so sweet… We are killing ourselves by consuming truckloads of hidden sugar. Sugar is 8 times more addictive than cocaine. Yes, you read that right. It is highly addictive. Highly.

It’s a hidden culprit in so many diseases. Sugar is an inflammatory food, contributing to the onset of many inflammatory diseases: Cancer, Depression, Dementia, ADD, Diabetes and many others!

Sugar is the New Fat

We have been vilifying fat for years! Despite 40 years of Americans being brainwashed into thinking that fat is bad, it turns out its sugar, not fat, that makes you sick and overweight.

The facts are in, the science is beyond question. Sugar in all its forms is the root cause of most of chronic diseases and weight problems. It is really draining energy, vitality, and life out of Americans on a daily basis.

How much sugar does America consume? Wait for it… 152 pounds of sugar a year. Holy smokes! That’s 1/3 a pound of sugar a day!! And kids are currently consuming 50% more than that on average — making nearly one in four teenagers pre-diabetic or diabetic. This stuff is scary!

Sugar is a sneaky villain. Not only do we like it A LOT, but it also works on our hormones and neurotransmitters that fuel sugar and carb cravings — leading to uncontrolled overeating. This is not a lack of willpower so much as a programmed biological drive.

The good news, the light at the end of the tunnel, is that these cravings may be reversed in as little as 7 days through diet change or even fewer days when employing more specific supplement treatments like NAD. Additionally, a recent study’s results show that participants dropped weight by simply cutting sugar from their diet over 10 days!

Amazing Results in Short Time

Dr. Mark Hyman of Cleveland Clinic has cited what would seem like miraculous recoveries from simply cutting sugar out of your diet:

“If all Americans could do this! Our country would be happier, friendlier most importantly, healthier, and gosh darn it…we could have world peace!… Once your body reaps the rewards & you know you’re worth it- it makes TOTAL SENSE. Thank you!” ~ Marie N.

“I’ve never made a commitment to my health as I have with this detox. My doctor was skeptical and wanted to put me on insulin. I wanted to prove her wrong and was committed to go through the program to take my health back. It helped me realize how compulsive I’ve been with food. How I would reward my stressful events with sweet treats. My husband joined me on the detox and he is also thrilled with the results.” ~ Jean Y.
