About Christen
Christen’s journey into holistic health began during her time as an MBA student at Rutgers University, where she was one of just nine recipients nationwide to receive a full scholarship in Pharmaceutical Management. In the midst of her studies, she was diagnosed with her first autoimmune disease—and later, chronic myeloid leukemia—at just 30 years old.
Told there was no cure, Christen chose to believe otherwise. Through resilience, faith, and a deep commitment to healing, she has defied the odds and continues to win her fight every day. Her personal experience fuels a profound empathy and passion for helping others navigate their own paths to wellness.
Today, Christen is dedicated to connecting individuals with the resources, knowledge, and integrative care they need to pursue whole-body healing. Her work is rooted in hope, empowerment, and the belief that with the right support, transformation is possible.
