A Decade in Nutritional Supplements
Jade Lopez manages Progressive NutraCare, PMC's nutritional supplement operation. She brings a decade of hands-on experience in nutritional supplements and functional medicine to the role, covering the retail counter, the product catalog, and the day-to-day work of keeping both aligned with how PMC's providers practice.
Most of that work happens in two directions. Facing patients, Jade is the person who helps someone find what their provider recommended and answers questions about a product before they leave with it. Facing the clinical team, she works with practitioners so that what NutraCare stocks reflects the protocols they actually prescribe, rather than a catalog assembled independently of the care being delivered.
Outside the practice, Jade is an avid hiker and a committed home cook, which she describes as the same interest in nutrition approached from a different direction.
What Jade Does
NutraCare Operations
Manages Progressive NutraCare, the practice's on-site supplement dispensary. Handles the day-to-day operation, from stock and ordering through the patient experience at the counter.
Product Line Curation
Curates what NutraCare carries. Product decisions are made against the standards of an integrative practice rather than what is easiest to source, so the shelf reflects the care model.
Patient Support
Helps patients find the supplements their provider recommended and answers practical questions about them. Protocols and dosing come from the treating provider; Jade makes the handoff work.
Practitioner Collaboration
Works with PMC's providers so that the supplement line matches the protocols they prescribe. Keeping the two in step is what makes NutraCare an extension of treatment instead of a separate storefront.
