Background

Nutrition Science, Made Practical

Christina Ralph holds a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a master's degree in Sports Health Science with a concentration in Nutrition, both from Life University. That training gave her a strong foundation in nutrition science, metabolism, and the relationship between what a person eats and their overall health.

Before PMC, Christina worked in community nutrition through the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, supporting women and families with nutrition education and breastfeeding support. The experience deepened her interest in helping people understand nutrition and make informed choices that support their health.

As a Functional Nutritionist at Progressive Medical Center, Christina works with patients to review individualized dietary protocols, food sensitivity panel results, and nutrition-related concerns. She provides nutrition education, discusses practical food substitutions, and helps patients work through dietary changes based on their individual needs and goals. Her approach emphasizes personalized guidance, whole-food choices, and sustainable changes that fit into daily life.

Christina believes nutrition should be approached with understanding, compassion, and respect for each person's circumstances. She enjoys helping patients feel more confident in their food choices, answering questions, and finding practical solutions that make healthy eating feel less overwhelming. Her goal is a supportive environment where patients feel heard and encouraged to take an active role in their health, with realistic habits that last.

Focus Areas

What Christina Does

Dietary Protocol Review

Walks patients through the individualized dietary protocol their PMC provider has recommended, so the plan is understood before it has to be followed.

Food Sensitivity Results

Reviews food sensitivity panel results with patients and explains what the findings mean for day-to-day eating.

Practical Substitutions

Helps patients find realistic swaps for the foods a protocol asks them to limit, with whole-food choices that fit how they already cook and eat.

Habits That Last

Focuses on sustainable changes rather than short-term fixes, with the education and encouragement patients need to keep them going.
